Join us for an evening with Edward Caruso, who will introduce and read selections from Blue Milonga, his latest book of poems.  Between 2005 and 2011, Eddie visited Argentina and Chile six times. The poems that make up Blue Milonga accompany the reader across the natural and political landscapes of these two countries with impressionistic takes from the streets of Buenos Aires to the ruins of the 2010 earthquake in Central Chile.  Some of the themes explored include diaspora communities, indigenous contact, Pablo Neruda’s poetry, and exile.
